The Essential package is best for couples with no children and simple assets who just need a basic legal contract. The Standard package is our most popular because it includes a full parenting plan, child/spousal support calculations, and detailed property division clauses.

Yes, when drafted correctly according to the Family Law Act and signed by both parties with witnesses, it is a legally binding contract. However, we always recommend both parties obtain Independent Legal Advice (ILA) to ensure the agreement is bulletproof in court.

Once signed, an agreement can only be changed if both parties agree to an “Amending Agreement” or if a court orders a change. This is why we offer rounds of revisions in our Standard and Premium packages—to make sure it’s perfect before you sign.

For Essential and Standard packages, you will typically receive your first draft within 5 to 7 business days after providing all necessary information. If you are in a rush, our Premium package offers a priority 48-hour turnaround.
